Delivery Information
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We proudly offer same-day flower delivery within 50 miles of our New York City boutique at 355 E 72nd Street, New York, NY 10021.

Manhattan deliveries: Place your order by 2 PM EST for same-day service.

Outer areas (Upper Manhattan above 125th St, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Long Island, Westchester, and New Jersey): Orders must be placed by 10 AM EST for same-day delivery. Orders placed later will arrive the following day.
Are arrangements hand-delivered to the recipient?
Yes. Every arrangement is hand-delivered with care. Our priority is to place your flowers directly into the recipient’s hands. If a doorman is present, deliveries will be left with them. If there isn’t one, our team will do everything possible to access the building and leave your flowers safely at the recipient’s door or in a secure location.
If no safe location is available at the time of delivery, we’ll contact you, the client, and the recipient multiple times via call and text. If we still can’t complete the delivery, the order will be returned to our shop. At that point, you can either:

Schedule a re-delivery for a small fee (to cover the cost of sending a driver again), or

Pick up your flowers at our shop at no extra charge.
This policy ensures your flowers stay fresh and our team is fairly compensated for additional trips.
For added peace of mind, we always provide photo confirmation of every delivery.
What are your delivery fees?

Is there a minimum for delivery?
Yes, the delivery minimum is $85.
When will my flowers arrive?
We work hard to deliver your flowers as quickly as possible. We are the best florists upper east side nyc offering 5-Star On-Time Guarantee services when requested. You’ll select a time frame during checkout, and we’ll make sure your flowers arrive within it. Deliveries are made daily between 9 AM – 8 PM, with timing adjusted based on traffic and routes. Rest assured—they’ll always be there within your selected window.
Will I be notified when my flowers are delivered?
Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been delivered, complete with your photo proof.
What is your replacement policy for flowers?
If your flowers arrive damaged or below standard, we’ll replace them at no cost. Please notify us within 24 hours by emailing orders@novapetal.com or calling/texting 212-216-0900 with your order number and photos. After 3 days, we’re unable to issue replacements, credits, or discounts.
What is your replacement policy for orchids and plants?
If your plant or orchid arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, please contact us via email orders@novapetal.com or calling/texting 212-216-0900 within 14 days so we can make it right. After 14 days, replacements are not available.
Weather & Natural Events
Please note that in rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to snowstorms, flooding, or other natural events that impact road safety and accessibility in New York City. We will always notify you of any such delays and work to reschedule your delivery at the earliest safe opportunity. We will also include a store credit of $20 to your order for this inconvenience.
