Novapetal Flower Care Memo

We are delighted that you are holding a bouquet from Novapetal NYC! Our flowers are crafted with love and artistry, and with a little care, you can enjoy their beauty for longer.

 For Bouquets

1. Gently remove the outer packaging from your bouquet.

2. Transfer flowers from the aquapack into a clean vase filled with cool running water. Add the flower food provided.

3. Refresh the water every 1–2 days and trim stems at a diagonal angle with a sharp knife or floral cutter (avoid scissors).

4. Keep flowers in a cool, quiet spot — away from drafts, direct sunlight, and heating devices.

5. If your bouquet was made in floral foam, add about 30 ml of fresh water with the included flower food once a day.

 For Hat Box Arrangements

1. Do not remove the flowers from the box — they are designed to stay in place.

2. Every day, slowly pour a small amount of cool fresh water (about 30–50 ml) directly into the center of the arrangement so it reaches the floral foam inside.

3. Be careful not to overwater, as excess water may damage the box.

4. Keep your hat box arrangement in a cool, shaded place, away from direct heat or strong sunlight.

5. Do not place the box near open windows, heaters, or air conditioners to prevent flowers from drying out.
