Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is pre-made: the flowers that reach the Upper West Side are cut, conditioned and arranged the same day.

On the UWS most buildings have a doorman and a package room, and a package room is where flowers go to die. We hand the arrangement to the desk with the apartment number on it and ask that it goes up, not into storage — and we send you a photo of what left the studio so you can see what should have arrived.
