Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is pre-made: the flowers that reach the West Village are cut, conditioned and arranged the same day.

Half of the West Village has no doorman and no service entrance, so a delivery here is a conversation, not a drop-off. Our driver calls ahead, waits, and if nobody answers we bring the arrangement back to the studio and keep it in water rather than leaving it in a vestibule.
